During this trip, Franco Debono showed his school report for Form IIb to Minister Tonio Borg to put his case forward for a ministerial post.

[Daphne – Franco Debono was the only one. And he was certifiable. So that hardly counts as ‘starting the practice’. I would not, however, have taken him on a trip anywhere, because my religious faith isn’t so strong that I believe you can cure a person’s psychiatric illness or mitigate the symptoms merely by treating them as you would a normal person, just with more kindness and tolerance. People who need psychiatric care need psychiatric care, more so when they are dangerously aggressive.]
