I hate to say this , but the PM speech is littered with words used when dead soldiers are returned to their country and given to the family.

The speech writer must have been on holiday or drunk.

But then there was no podium and the speech was impromptu.

What a shame.

The PM and his goons must have practised for two eventualities.

In their stupidity they replayed the wrong one.

They are so full of themselves that they honestly thought their presence would make Martin Galea ecstatic.

Of course Lawrence Gonzi would have handled this situation with elegance. The overwhelming majority of Maltese people including the “truly insufferable snobs” who foolishly failed to recognize the qualities of Gonzi and deprived this country of his statesmanship at least make me feel so proud I did support this great man.
