He makes his money through commissions on deals between undemocratic or anti-democratic governments and the state industries they control. He also own primary resource assets which are both strategic bargaining tools and revenue generators.

In the same complex you will find a British Indian blacklisted fixer, you will find a Russian blacklisted arms dealer, and next along the corridor is an ex EU commissioner who was sacked in very shady circumstances.
