Don’t get me started on this.

Among the atrocities that I’ve seen are ‘kastard’ (custard,) ‘sos’ (sauce,) ‘xark’ (shark,) ‘rawndebawt’ (roundabout,) and, what takes the lolly, ‘buz’ (boots).

There are many, many more that I’ve noted. And then we wonder why our children cannot spell a proper English word to save their lives. If it wasn’t so tragic it would be laughable.

Don’t do this to yourself. This is the direction in which Maltese is heading, because that is what the people who have been placed in charge have decreed.

Just be thankful that you don’t have school age children being taught this stuff.
