Perhaps Cyrus Engerer gives Michelle Muscat the same attention he used to give Joanna Gonzi when she became Mayor.

Joanna Gonzi used to boast with anyone who cared to listen how Cyrus Engerer spent hours at her home choosing her makeup and matching her outfits.

When a husband couldn’t care less a gay companion would seem to be the next safest possibility.

Joanna regularly played her husband down when he wasn’t around. Cyrus Engerer became the safe substitute sucking in information which he still holds unless it would be useful for him to divulge it.

To the unsuspecting husband Cyrus Engerer is what he thinks to be a safe and useful ally shedding him of all those tedious obligations such as having to check whether his wife’s dress is well fitting or the make-up acceptable or the hairdo appropriate.

The gullible husband feels safe allowing Cyrus Engerer in close intimacy with his wife for most men only concentrate on the sexual aspect of the situation.

Meanwhile Cyrus Engerer sucks in more information ensuring that it will take him further up the power ladder.
