What guarantee is there that the goalposts will not be moved again at the end of November? If the minister is not ready to be held to account for missing the 2015 target date, what guarantee do we have if he misses again the new timetable targets?

it’s good to see Peppi in good form. He hasn’t been looking too sharp lately. Perhaps he can start asking ministers simple direct questions.

I don’t know, easy things – like asking the justice minister whether he has ever broken any serious laws and covered up what he did. Just off the top of my head: Has he ever had a relationship with a teenager?
