The DOI statement said the (forced) breathalyzer test showed three times the normal alcohol content.

Who was actually made to do the test: Sheehan, Smith, or both of them? Whose breathalyzer test result are we being informed about?

Could there be another misunderstanding similar to the ‘warning shots’ referred to in the same statement?

From what continues to (allegedly) emerge, can we still believe these liars?

Once again, this is not about Paul Sheehan drinking one or two dozen cans of Red Bull a day.

Manuel Mallia spends all day every other day with this guy so he absolutely has to know that we have a hyped-up man addicted to stimulant drinks driving around Malta’s nerve-wracking streets wielding a gun.

It doesn’t matter if he actually sees him drinking the stuff or not. The signs of way too much caffeine/artificial stimulation can’t be hidden. Paul Sheehan’s Gzira neighbours know, so Mallia must have noticed too.

Mallia can try and pass the buck on background checks to the Police all he likes, but he can’t get out of the fact that he allowed this danger to society to go on.

A real background check would have revealed this addiction.
