So, Sheehan was at his mother’s house and the car was parked. He must have heard a noise and went out to check what happened.

Therefore it is not possible that Smith hit the car and sped off. How did Sheehan catch up with him with the former getting out of the car to talk to him. And this, according to eyewitnesses.

Also, the damage was not considerable if Sheehan was able to get into that car and drive after Sheehan.

Can we also know who the government spokesman is, please, who gave these ‘details’.
