Australia Hall is returned to Government;
The Passport scam stops right now;
The China pre-election contract is published;
The Sai Mizzi corruption comes to an abrupt end;
A clean Chief of Police is found (not Michael Cassar);
ARMS stops acting as torture chamber for Joseph Muscat.

The list is long.

The basis would be RESPECT of the electorate, in word and deed.
