Godwin Sant gets the boot for accepting a match ticket from Trafigura. The government of today considers removing the ‘pardon’ for George Farrugia due to this.

The same government, when in Opposition, demanded Tonio Fenech’s resignation for accepting a free flight and ticket for a similar match. Those were provided by Joe Gasan and George Fenech who incidentally are/were the primary Maltese shareholders in the Electro Gas consortium.

Trafigura get blacklisted by Enemalta. Electro Gas win a tender for hundreds of millions of euros.
