No minister’s daughter, no minister on site. No shots in the air and everyone wonders whether anyone would attack a person with a bottle if that person was wielding a gun.

But then is it a crime to lie to the police to engineer a particular response? How is a bomb threat a crime then?

Are laws written so that they can be twisted and turned any which way lawyers like or is it just that those who write them are too busy thinking how they will spend their next pay cheque?
