Daphne, you are wrong on that one. WHO does classify transsexualsm as a mental disorder. In fact, there was a debate in the media not long ago to pressure WHO to remove transgenders from the list:

I had read this article at the time but did not seem to notice the charges, but now that I have I am intrigued.

If I remember well a protesting hunter was arraigned with charges including insulting the prime minister in Republic street a few months ago, and I have to admit it sounded like we went back in time.

I wonder what the parameters for these charges are?
