Joseph Muscat has always been well out of his depth abroad, something he tries to make up for when playing on his home turf and in front of the ‘merhla’ (not my choice of word).

Simon Busuttil, who still needs to experience being Prime Minister, is already miles ahead of Muscat and both know that.

Is this enough for the PN to win the coming election? Perhaps not but boy, does it give satisfaction and boost morale.
