Bribing is always wrong. The larger the amounts the louder the noise. This is a case of bribing to get a tender. Does anyone believe that even one government tender is ever won without somebody getting his cut? This time it was found out.

If I am not mistaken, I remember reading that a very senior person in the company was also aware of what was going on. Shouldn’t he be arraigned as well?

What about the reporters who may have had this information for a long time, before they put it out in print.
