The official Libyan government comes to Malta as a government-in-exile, presumably at the invitation of the Maltese government.

The embassy of the unofficial Libyan government (which has de facto control of the country) is also located in Malta and will continue to operate whilst the government-in-exile is in the same country.

Anyone else spot a bit of a problem with that?
