If this were indeed true then the fact that the government has stepped in using 4.2m euros in tax payers’ money makes the deal even more suspicious.

Are there any hidden commissions on this deal which would have been lost had Xuereb intervened?

The PN has to go for the jugular and hang on there. The people have every right to know what’s being done with their money.

I would have the heater thoroughly checked out in case of a gas leak!
An odour is added to LPG for that specific reason. A gas leak, besides risking an explosion, is poisonous.
