There will be more than 50 Shades of Grey coloured garbage and carton and paper under the Maltese Houses of Parliament.
Cannot immagine the smell and shouting.

That is what I’ve been saying all along.

The issue is whether there should be a market in Ordnance Street, and not the design of the stalls.

Joseph Muscat is being helped by Jason Micallef in this. They can disagree on detail but Jason will still vote Labour.

Before the election, Muscat promised the hawkers the stretch of Ordnance street between Old Bakery and Republic Street.

Now take Kenneth Zammit Tabona, he was against Gonzi’s roofless theatre and switched sides.

Now switchers like Kenneth are in a worse position, so to speak, because the roofless theatre is still without a roof and to add insult to injury they will have a market selling underwear and fake Chinese products side by side of the “roofless” theatre.

The hawkers shouting, and loud music next door to the theatre, would be an interesting setup for theatre-goers.

Now can anyone tell us where the hawkers will park their vans? I guess they will have some reserved parking.

I’m going to Valletta this weekend to enjoy the peace of this suburb project before they fill it with trash.

This is a government intent on demeaning the country in a despicable exercise of corrupt power.
