A tweet that he drank a Nero d'Avola of 2009 Morgante?

That's a wine that can be bought from any supermarket in Italy.

Nero D'Avola is really not considered to be such a great wine, so what is there to tweet?

I'm going to comment on only one of these jokes: the €700,000 spent on embellishment projects.

This is money given to Malta by the EU to help farmers. It comes from the agricultural budget and is nominally part of the Rural Development Programme.

I would like someone to explain to me how "embellishing" a village square in Dingli and "embellishing" the passage leading to the Salib tal-Għolja with flagstones and lights, an old dream of Musumeci, are going to help Maltese agriculture. In 2012 there was a development application to set up permanent kiosks selling snacks and drinks right next to the Salib tal-Għolja.

It makes me really angry to see funds which could help improve agriculture being hijacked and used for other purposes. These abuses have been going on for years and it is one of the shortcomings of the last PN administration that they were never checked.

One other point: it's Ħal Dingli not Ħad-Dingli. Ħal is a word not an article so it doesn't change to Ħad and, of course, there shouldn't be a hyphen.

Is the photo showing Fearne and Natius Farrugia during the devolution ceremony?

Has any journalist actually asked what this devolution will mean to the public and what access will council non-healthcare personnel have in the health centers?

Do journalists realize that their aim should not be to regurgitate a press release but to write what the average public can understand?
