It does not occur to them that perhaps, only perhaps, this is another stage managed ‘cool’ party designed solely and exclusively to cover up the fact that we don’t even have a proper ‘artist’s impression’ of the new power plant, let alone the actual thing.

Or perhaps, and I venture to say more than perhaps, they do realise that it is all stage managed to cover up the Prime Minister’s pre-electoral lies, but they couldn’t care less because they need the government’s advertising and they want to be ‘included’ and ‘invited’.

An abdication of true journalism in favour of bland reportage….a bit like Russian mainstream media these days. Shameful.

Clearly it is the electorate that has to see through this.

. China effectively controls Afren and Gasol
. Azerbaijan owns 20% of Electrogas
. China and Azerbaijan effectively control the power station project. They own 50% of the company and have more political clout than the other shareholders put together.

I could say that I feel outraged, but actually I just feel really sad that these are the people who the electorate voted in and who are now ‘running’ the country.

I say ‘running’ because they are in the driving seat — but they have no clue where they are going. So much for their roadmaps — that was the biggest lie of all.
