Had the voting threshold been set at 16, it would have been curtains for spring hunting. As it is, these cold-blooded morons still have a ‘sporting chance’.

I found it quite appalling as to how 16 year olds were given the green light to vote in the local council elections, yet at the same time they were being deprived in voting for a referendum which is fundamental for the upkeep of our natural environment.

At least the majority of the university student body seem to disagree on the spring hunting issue and hence they will be voting ‘no’.

I am proud to say that most sixth form students like myself are against spring hunting. The reason is simple, because we are highly educated with regards to conserving our environment.

You don’t vote Yes when you are educated on the topic.
