In Mintoff’s days it was “Mhux fl-interess tal-poplu”.

Under Muscat ‘sensitive’ parliamentary questions are answered with the trite: “The requested information is still being gathered”.

Even if the question is as simple as “How much is X being paid”.

If his people are that incompetent it’s no wonder the only option we have is to be ‘optimistic’.
