I wonder why the Prime Minister Joseph Muscat didn’t ask for the Attorney-General’s legal advice in the case of Cafe Premier. Or is there something we don’t know.

Saviour Balzan actually admitted he chose to keep the information to himself so as not to ‘damage’ the PN.

What he didn’t say is how long he had kept it to himself. If that’s not a warning to Muscat to back off.

In reply to Eppur si muove. This is a very dangerous precedent. Do we have the right to 'make mistakes' just because a court case takes too long to issue a final sentence? That was one of the reasons that Muscat brought to justify his decision.
