You should see that pathetic excuse of a playground that they recently opened. It cost quite a bit of money and it seems like the contractor had a whole load of benches to get rid of. I understand that there was a previous tender awarded for a lower amount to someone else but that got cancelled under the pretext of no money. Only to be awarded at a much higher amount some 6 months later to some other crony.

Dear Mrs Caruana Galizia, that is a ‘self-styled’, ‘self-appointed’, ‘self-instituted’ and entirely bogus ‘order’ of St. Lazarus.

It is not recognised either in France, Spain, or anywhere else.

The French chancellor of the Legion d’Honneur has oversight of the ‘Paris Obedience’ of the ‘Association of Knights of the Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem’ in France, under the protection of HRH The Comte de Paris, head of the royal house of Bourbon-Orleans.

The royal house of Spain has often received and recognised the work of the ‘Malta Obedience’ of ‘The Military and Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem’, under HE The Marques de Almazan, Grandee of Spain, cousin of HM The King of Spain.

This is a totally bogus order without any ‘fons honorum’ or ‘jus honorum’ to give it proper legitimacy.
