Why not? We need to be innovative and imaginative for the V18 project which actually seems to be going pear shaped.

We have still not seen any draft programmes for the 2018 events involving the 68 local councils including Valletta itself.

The clock is ticking and 2018 will come and go, and we will be wiping egg off our very red faces.
