I can just imagine. I routinely used to make similar comments to always have them removed while idiotic posts remain. I gave up on the Times and on Malta.

I notice that you have contacted the U.S. embassy in Malta and they turned your requests down. That seems to be very unusual to me.

Perhaps you should contact your senator and ask her/him to contact the U.S. ambassador in Malta on your behalf and insist he/she looks into the matter.

Always keep in mind that the more time goes by the chances of recovering your funds will become less. You must start legal proceedings a.s.a.p. otherwise your claim could be time barred. There is a time limit.

Another step you can take is to contact the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. Both newspapers have published articles about John Dalli and his corrupt practices in the past. You may be fortunate enough for them to take an interest and publish your story, you may start getting somewhere.

Also make sure that you contact OLAF and give them as much information as possible.

Time is of the essence now; you cannot afford to delay any longer.

Shouldn’t you be investigating the John Dalli fraud where the American Christians were robbed of their life savings?

How does this story take precedence?

Could you revisit your priorities and give us some proper investigative reporting?

We have to assume that before getting the post as chairman (which also means the transfer of shares) he did the due diligence and looked at bank accounts and movements. Ignorance is no excuse under the law.

Our group sat down together and decided to make a plan. I would do the majority of research and I would email my findings to the rest of the group. Never in my life would I believe one family (Dalli) could be involved in so much controversy.

I saw what some of the Maltese people thought of the business and owners where we sent our money. I felt this compelling urge to write my thoughts too and I did, without the rest of the group’s OK. The rest is history.

You all knew there was fraudulant activity going on but didn’t know to what extent. If you want to know the truth I feel at home with you guys. You are giving helpful advice.
