Dear Daphne, if you refer to this recently refurbished playground as scrappy I do not dare imagine which adjective you will use, if in future posts about the Zebbug Local Council you will post photos of the other playground situated near the football ground which is in a horrendous state…let alone the other infrastructure in town where the streets can easily be mistaken for the lunar landscape.
