I would strongly recommend against doing that. However idealistically they start out, with all their politically correct ducks lined up, women lose respect for the man who stays home and the man who stays at home while his wife brings home the bacon becomes resentful and finds all kinds of ways to undermine her and pay her back as the means to recouping his self-respect and getting even. One of the most common ways they do this is by sniffing around some other woman with a ‘my wife is such a bitch’ sob story.

Facebook is full of ridiculous women (I am sometimes ashamed of my own gender) posting questions asking a vague, general audience for help and information about something very specific. My conclusion is that it is not the information they want, but the attention.

Whether it’s ludicrous or not is not the point.

What is odd is the fact that she comes across as the typical hopeless person who one frequently comes across in Malta.

Why one earth doesn’t she look up the law on the net or ask her school?

For goodness’ sake, this lady is meant to teach and inspire children.

Yeah females should work 9-5 and send their kids to child care centers funded by the tax-payer, right? Also, they should stop working when they get pregnant and get paid for not working. I wouldn’t give a damn about this if you would leave me out of it, but you won’t! Screw you socialists, as long as I’m paying tax you will keep hearing from “people like me”.

All these exaggerated school holidays, half days and short school hours, especially in church schools, make it almost impossible for other mothers to work unless they are teachers.

While Muscat boasts about getting women out to work he will do nothing about this as he will lose teachers’ votes.

If, as teachers claim, they take a lot of work home they can stay longer at school and finish their work at their workplace just as everyone else does.
