Ridiculous British bonehead mistakes, like the RN surveying and intelligence gathering of the Gallipoli coast months before, in open sight of the Turks is never mentioned in the video.

This gave the Turks plenty of time to mine the sea in the area and bring heavy artillery and set-up machine-gun posts on the hilltops near the shore. No mention of landing ANZC troops on the wrong shore either.

The ANZAC landings were filmed at Ghajn Tuffieha. One of the firms movies shot on location in Malta.
