Perhaps Muscat was reminded of his pre-electoral promise by his spin doctors.

Somebody please remind him that he also pledged to resign if the new power station isn’t built and running in 2 years from his election.

Why is the nation so inert – we should all be in the streets demanding his resignation. Wake up, PN.
