Worse yet, Muscat has taken a leaf out of KMB’s book, promoting mediocre people into position of power for, as Daphne pointed out in another post, their position is only as secure as the PM’s.

Let us not forget that KMB ended his term in office in 1987 with more votes then Mintoff did in 1981, losing by only half the amount of his predecessor.
