They will only vote PN when they can’t take any more of Lejber’s arrogance and bad governance, especially if it hits their pockets.

I think that Labour’s evil machinations make people more aware of corruption and incompetence in general, so they tend to look with a more critical eye at the PN’s own record.

But then I realised that people resent having to elect the PN at times when the Labour Party is more rubbish than usual, and their resentment leads to them being hypercritical.
