If for political correctness’ sake he does not have said conduct tattooed or stapled to his forehead I’m sure it is no more than a few mouse clicks away from the workstation that will print it.

The problem then must lie within the data protection laws as I’m sure they are the barrier preventing the issuing officer from checking.
