The IMF plan that was perfected first on Third World nations at the behest of international corporations has been targeted at First World nations. Argentina, for example, was an early casualty to this shift of ripe pickings, with the help of the usual corrupt home politicians.

Well, AX (and taxpayers) lost out on the Cafe Premier and movers and shakers at the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association and the Malta Developers Association are next to be dumped and excluded from bidding on the hospital?
