Thank God for people like Joe Calleja. Sometimes what’s needed is a person who antagonises you to help you articulate what you really mean.

We wouldn’t have had three people answering and standing up for themselves, telling us about Dalli’s fraudulent activities if it weren’t for people like Joe Calleja.

Well “circumstantial evidence” points at Frank Sammut, the anointed mayor of Marsa.

It’s definitely not Dalli. The language is not his. But it may well be somebody very close to him, like a daughter or son-in-law.

If I weren’t afraid of some libel case I would have said that this Joseph Calleja is J.Dalli Ba himself, but I won’t dare say such things, because we all know that John Dalli is an upright person.
