Diana, they monitor every single word that is said in these comments.

When I commented the very first time on the Swiss Leaks Article in The Malta Independent, we, The Upstate 7, knew about it that very day.

Their middlewoman here in the US fired off a letter to our group stating that Claire Gauci Borda was threatening to stop helping us find our money that she previously hid from the authorities in case there was a raid on their offices, because of the relationship between John Dalli and Mary Swan.

That was in another email that was sent to us via Debbie Wicker.

Debbie Wicker forwarded an email from other investors who had been scammed. She would not give us their names or let us contact them.

So we don’t know who they are; or how many. This is what was in the email to us:

“Let there be no misunderstanding. If anyone in the SC (that’s South Carolina) upstate group interferes with us being able to recover our funds, due to anymore stupid blogging or threatening emails, then we will bring legal charges against them….”

Wow. That would be great. We really should not have to get a lawyer just to get back what is rightfully ours!

I went to the bank today and they charged me $30 just to track a wire transfer…..ridiculous!

Would it not then go up the criminal investigative line, that is up to Interpol level?

Does it work this way in the USA? This is no low-level infringement of the law but an international criminal gang operating from the Bahamas and Malta, swindling people out of millions of dollars, the only money they have to live comfortably during the autumn of their lives.

John Dalli BA needs to be taken to a US court where if found guilty he will be put to rot in a jail for the rest of his life, alongside Madoff.
