					<description><![CDATA[Magnolia Plaza is an office building, mainly used by Chinese logistics companies - just so they have an address and somewhere to drop off the mail. Certainly not the sort of place you want to have a consulate in. 


It looks a lot like the Maltese government just found the most convenient, most disposable address just so it could fob us off with the lie that it has opened a consulate in Shanghai. It has done no such thing.]]></description>
