To him, everything is a headline or photo opportunity. He is entirely devoid of substance and principle.

Did any of the massed reporters ask him to explain why, only 18 months ago, he and his henchman Manuel Mallia played chicken with Italy over a migrant boat until it capsized? Entire families drowned and were never found, some were locked out of sight in the hold. Muscat has never explained the delay in rescue, despite the best efforts of media in Malta and Italy.
