Do u know any update on this? She has been staying there since 2011. There is a small mom and pop shop called ‘Orange’ opposite of that apartment. My family in Thailand was conned by her as well. She flew to Malta from Bangkok with a chartered flight after serving 10 mth here for travelling with a fake passport.

You can simply rent or pretend to rent.

There are many reasons why you shouldn’t knowingly rent out your property for criminal purposes. You have just seen one of them: a police raid in full view of everyone.
