The site has an enforcement notice (EC/00749/07). Sunflower Farm Co. Ltd have illegally built stables, concrete passages, shelters and other structures.

They have also changed the use of the site from agricultural to horse-keeping.

The government is clearly trying to sanction the illegality and thus annul the enforcement notice.

Since the notice was issued, illegalities have continued to increase.

The MEPA map server does not show it, but from Google Earth one can see that between June 2012 and July 2013 a horse track was added.

The owner is called Vincent Borg and application seems to refer to land owned by Sunflower Riding Club.
