Not American and not in London, are we expected to believe the only other premise in the name? The fact that the organisation is a university?

And the fools lap up the spin and clap while Martin Scicluna has started an accreditation process.

Now we know exactly why Joseph Muscat needs a finger in every pie. Just that a thousand fingers and not just five or ten were needed to pull all this off, each finger actually being an ego maniac who is ready to sell his soul for a shot at the limelight or money.
