This university is due to open in 2016.

Note how the people speaking about the project come from the university and the local authorites, with absolutely no mention of the builders, a secondary concern.

The government struck this deal because it is f*cking broke, and the economic model which is lauded by everyone including the Opposition (because it is their model too) is unsustainable and has actually failed. How about that?
