This is the American DePaul University’s involvement in Premier Muscat’s Zonqor University Project to be set up and managed by the Jordanian Hotel investor who is the sole shareholder of Sadeen Education Investment Ltd :

1. “DePaul University is not establishing a branch campus and will not be issuing degrees in Malta.

2. DePaul has not committed any financial resources to … the programs, etc.

3. DePaul will not be involved in hiring faculty or staff for AUM and will not be
involved in AUM operations.

4. DePaul has entertained no negotiation or discussion with the Maltese government in relation to the American University of Malta project.

5. As to the use of DePaul’s name, DePaul University only has authorized AUM
to state that its “academic programs were developed in collaboration with
DePaul University.”

The guy can smell an opportunity from 10 miles ahead, then throw himself at it.

He started out anonymously with Tan-Numri, then moved on to ‘Ahn’ahna jew M’Ahniex’ with Joe Saliba.

With Xarabank he has found the formula that suits his character perfectly, allowing him to change his skin like a chameleon.

NO. We didn’t all have the luxury of 20 years of unbridled access to prime viewing time to air our opinions.

Let us put the vox pop into perspective.

The man wearing the black bandana is a restaurant owner at Zonqor.

One of the women is a close relative of the late Agatha Barbara, while three of the men interviewed are all Laburisti.

They are the usual klikka found discussing everything (and believing they know it all) on the benches on the Zonqor promenade.
