In the USA the Mafia controls a lot of ready-mix concrete operations, especially in New York state and New England.

Then with this Camorra-connected Bastjan, I would suspect that certain missing persons in Malta could have ended up buried in concrete on building sites, in a modus operandi similar to that reputed to hide the body of Jimmy Hoffa.
