Whenever the heat surrounding one of the Moviment`s scandals (the list is getting impressive: Australia Hall, Café` Premier, Sai Mizzi`s appointment, Socar`s hedging agreement, the Jordanian Non-University and the brewing secretive privatisation of St Lukes and Gozo Hospitals to name just the tip of the proverbial iceberg) becomes too intense for comfort, out comes a red herring.

Dutifully and obediently, our press gobbles it up hook, line and sinker.
