Husbands are not barred if they can sufficiently prove that their wife was indisposed and could not carry out her marital duties in order to feed the family.

Househusbands, on the other hand, are barred in view of the disgrace they have brought on the male gender, and will thus have to grow their own vegetables and recycle their effluent.

Breaking News: Father denied the opportunity to purchase a kilo of apples from the pitkali.

Minister issues statement to clarify that only housewives are permitted to spend their husband’s hard earned cash at there.

Father returns home and sends his wife, a CEO of a financial services company, to buy the apples, after ensuring that she is appropriately dressed in jins, tixert and trejners.

Wife permitted to purchase the apples, and the farmers survived another day thanks to the Minister’s effective and effluent intervention.

So “housewives” buy less vegetables year after year, dwindling to almost nothing this year which is of course a Good Thing.

This fantastic ‘new control system’ is protecting farmers from being abused by housewives.
