I’m sorry, but why should that bother you? There are unlimited ‘scholarships’ every year at the University of Malta.

A place at the University of Malta is far better than a ‘scholarship’ at a worthless ‘American University of Zonqor Point’.

As for your other point, only 3% of the places will be reserved for Maltese students.
