I would have half expected a gov.mu.

At least this guy is phoney, I mean, you can phone him. At face value it looks honest, he has a phone number, a fax number and an emergency number. If you are stuck, you can phone the guy and invest some money.

I believe contact details are a pre-requisite for every diplomat, even the least important official.

In a Christmas cracker in my childhood, a joke read, “Why don’t the Chinese have a telephone system?” The answer was “Because they would all be winging the Wong number.”
