The government does not sue Comodini Cachia for the same reason why Joey doesn’t sue every moving being under the Maltese sun (and beyond) for calling him daily, Malta’s worst liar ever.

That is why he hasn’t sued Simon Busuttil for alleging political interference in the Dalli affair. Instead he proceeded against him in a kangaroo court loaded with Labour apes and where he cannot lose.

If this project is genuine how come the government hasn’t sued Comodini Cachia?

If this project is indeed a scam what are we doing pleading with the government not to build on build on Zonqor Point.

There is, after all, no such thing as government land. The government merely administers public land for a period of time and if there is enough public opinion to overrule a government decision it is wise for and administration to take note of the situation.

The Opposition should meanwhile be making every effort to uncover the scam and expose those responsible and should not be aiding and abetting by suggesting alternative sites.
