Muscat knows that he can find away around the site issue just as he knew he would find away around the citizenship secrecy clause, so that by the time the site issue is solved he will have bought out most stakeholders with promises here and there (remember the Chamber of Commerce coming to his rescue?), leaving Simon Busuttil as the only #negattiv. Meanwhile the biggest issue – the shocking use of a falsely accredited educational facility as a front to sell European visas to Middle Eastern students – will have gone unaddressed because, as usual, and excuse the pun, the Opposition will have missed the wood for the trees.
