It’s definitely under construction. I’ve been down there several times this year to have a look see.

The question is that will the whole thing (power station, gas terminal, floating storage) all be ready by next June (2016) as promised by Konrad.

From what I have seen so far. Unlikely.

Perhaps the chickens are coming home to roost?

I have a feeling that all this wheeling and dealing with rogue states and players is going to cause a massive implosion.

Not so sure though how all this could affect us.
